Diploma of Advanced 3D Graphics
Note that Natcoll have a 3rd Year Advanced 3D graphics course coming up next year. Its a creativity-based course, aimed at taking students up a notch from just learning software, to creating polished and professional showreel and art portfolios. They can specialise in their preferred career direction as well.
Its a level 7 course. That means it is similiar to polytech/university, in that there is a large amount of self-directed learning.
While its not LightWave based (it expects Maya knowledge), I'm currently heavily involved in the development and delivery. Anybody has any interest in this course, feel free to ask questions. Enrolments are closing at the end of this year so time is tight...
Here's a link to the basic information about this course:

Cheers!
Out of interest in relation to an advanced 3D course where students could specialise in their area of interest...
I was wondering how many of you would do a course if it was opened up to a variety of software packages? Obviously a school cannot always afford to supply licenses of everything under the sun, but if you had a choice of applications (ie. you could say, use LightWave to specialise in VFX work) would you pay for such a course?
Post your responses to this thread... I'm more curious then anything (ie. obviously, this is not official work related discussion, its more for me as an educator) as being a course in CG specialisation, is the use of Maya something that attracts you?
